Example of the AUTOARR Program
INPUT FILES
TEMSTEP.IN: Sample input file containing
the heating schedule.
FJ.IN: Sample input file containing the
cumulative fraction of 39Ar released obtained from laboratory
data.
OUTPUT FILES
ARR-ME.IN: Sample output file containing
the Arrhenius parameteres( activation energy, frequency factor and estimated domain
distribution). The file have a 'in' extension because it will be use as an input
file to run the AUTOAGE-MON.F, AUTOAGE-FREE.F
or ARR-ME.F. The file is also useful
to manually fit samples comprising a multi-E distribution using ARR-ME.F.
PARAM.OUT: Sample output file: comprise
the running parameters used during the variational calculation
DIST.DAT: Sample output file: comprise all
the distribution obtained during the calculation.
ARR.SAMP: Sample output file: comprise the
laboratory Arrhenius data (log(r/ro). vs. 10000/T(K)) calculated from TEMSTEP.IN and FJ.IN.
LOGR.SAMP: Sample output file:
comprise the laboratory log(r/ro) data calculated from TEMSTEP.IN and FJ.IN.
ARR.DAT: Sample output file: comprise the
model best-fit Arrhenius data.
LOGR.DAT: Sample output file: comprise the
model best-fit log(r/ro) data
ENER.OUT: Sample output file: comprise all
the activation energy calculated for different # of steps.
